Lovaas & Lehtinen voted into international association of independent business law firms.

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) June 28, 2009 -- Attorneys Aaron Lovaas and Kristan Lehtinen of the Las Vegas business law firm of Lovaas & Lehtinen, P.C. traveled to Boston, Massachusetts for the biannual meeting of LawPact. LawPact is an international association and network of independent business law firms created to assist member firms in pursuing excellence in client services, firm management, and the application of evolving technologies to serve the global needs of its member firms and their clients. Membership in LawPact is by invitation only and limited to one firm per metropolitan area. At this year's Spring Conference, Lovaas & Lehtinen, P.C. was unanimously voted into LawPact as the first Nevada-based contributing member firm. The LawPact international network complements and strengthens Lovaas & Lehtinen's current global law partnership ties already fostered and developed with over twenty-five countries. Such a network most certainly provides Lovaas & Lehtinen's local and international clients a depth of support for their varying legal interests around the world.

Lovaas and Lehtinen are thrilled to be members of this prestigious international association. Following his induction, Lovaas observed "I am excited at the prospect of sharing ideas and resources with attorneys from around the globe, while also generating recognition for the law firm of Lovaas & Lehtinen, P.C." Lehtinen is a member of the Clark County Bar; the Sin City Chamber of Commerce; as well as several sections of the American Bar Association Business Law Division including: Business and Corporate Litigation, Business Courts, Corporate Counseling and Litigation, International Litigation, Partnerships and Alternative Business Entities. Lehtinen is also a member of the ABA International Law Section.

Aaron Lovaas is a Las Vegas native, having earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1992. Lovaas obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Seattle University School of Law in 1995, followed by his Master's in Business Administration from UNLV in 2002. Lovaas was admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada in 1995 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2000. Kristan E. Lehtinen is an immigrant to the United States from Ontario, Canada, having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Honors with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 1995.
